As part of the food service education campaign, NZFS has launched The 'Trust Test' video, which is based on the insights that food safety matters more to customers than business owners may realise – the takeaway being that ‘Trust makes everything taste better’. In the video, NZFS invited a group of people to lunch, served them a free burger, and got them to take the Trust Test.

Finally, just completed your awesome training in the above this morning.
I thought I should have flown thru by using the knowledge from a “previous life” (seafood processing). Well not quite! Learnt many new things and reminded of stuff I had forgotten but didn’t know I had!
I really enjoyed the training partly because it was easy to pick-up and put-down when time was a factor.

“Well thought out and designed course, would suit almost any food handler in any capacity but good to have the specific areas of food borne illnesses broken down and explained to a greater degree. Bob makes somewhat difficult to understand procedures easy to understand! His experiences often tell the whole story from start to finish. I think they are perfect! Really makes you think! Especially around the safe/suitable questions. These are going to be great for our staff. We do run the safe and suitable FCP so we will run a staff meeting and then sign everyone up.
